Before you book your appointment, please take the time to read the following:

If you are looking to request a specific technician for your service, please select their name in the employee drop-down list. If you choose "first available" then select the employee, you are not guaranteed to be with that technician. 

When booking your appointment, please keep in mind that we have limited spots, so if anything changes, please call us at 513-733-4500 to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Your appointment will be held up to 10 minutes after your appointment time. If you show up after 10 minutes without a phone call notifying us that you will be late, your appointment with us will no longer stand and you will be treated as a walk-in.
